Mind Architects LLC is the controller of personal data described here. We operate from Zürich, Switzerland; Boulder, Colorado, USA; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What we collect

Through the contact form we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. Our servers may also receive technical data needed to deliver the site and protect the form (for example IP address used for rate limiting, browser user agent, and standard server logs).

We do not run advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers on this site.

Why we process it

We use contact details to read your message and reply. The legal bases are your request (steps prior to a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell personal data or use contact submissions for unrelated marketing lists.

Where data goes

Submissions are stored in our contact database and emailed to our inbox using a transactional email provider (Resend). Hosting and infrastructure providers process data only to run the service for us.

If a provider is outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our ordinary business records, then delete or anonymise them. Security logs are kept for a short period unless we need them to investigate abuse.

Your rights

If GDPR or similar law applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children

This site is aimed at adults and organisations. Do not use the contact form to send us personal data about children unless you are a parent or guardian contacting us about them.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The effective date above will be revised when we do.
